Abstract

Green technological innovation and environmental investment have been incorporated into the Solow growth model in order to discuss the relationship between GDP per capital and emission of pollutants. By means of dynamic analysis, it was shown that the correlation between GDP per capital and emissions varies with parameter conditions. Furthermore, incorporation of green technological innovation can lead to positive growth rates together with a decreasing level of emissions, which is consistent with an environmental Kuznets curve.
