A heat-resistant and anti-corrosive coating has been developed for use in marine environments. The coating is made of epoxy silicone resin and fillers including titania, aluminum triphosphate, talcum powder and barium sulfate. The coating has excellent heat resistance and good anti-corrosive properties, and effectively resists marine corrosion at 320 ℃. The influence of the different fillers on the heat-resistant and anti-corrosive properties of the coating was studied using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) .
