Use γ-aminopropyltriethyoxyl silane to prepare poly-γ-aminopropyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane by hydrolyzation and condensation has been reported in this paper. The process of hydrolyzation and condensation reaction has been discussed in detail. The structures of products were characterized by FTIR, XRD, NMR. The configuration of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane was proved in the products. The reaction mechanism was deduced.
