In this paper, the process for preparation of polyurethane-acrylate (PUA) hybri demulsion and the influencing factors on its quality were studied. With the she ll of polyurethane(PU) and the core of polyacrylate(PA), the core-shell structur e of latex particles were successfully synthesized. Its average particle diameter was 100nm and the PUA emulsion was stable.
