摘要

文中用排油集气法确定了EIA相变中氢扩散的存在,用显微硬度分布法按一维非稳态扩散模型计算出在80℃下的EIA处理中氢的扩散系数D=0.43×10-13m2s-1。该结果与理论推测的相符,也与用其他方法测得的充氢的扩散系数一致,表明该方法可以用于EIA处理的氢扩散系数测定。

Abstract

In this article, the existence of hydrogen diffusion was verified with a method of gas eliminating oil. With a microhardness distribution method, according to an one dimension unsteady diffusion model, the diffusion coefficient of hydrogen during EIA treatment was calculated, D=0.43×10-13m2s-1 at 80℃. The result was not only in accord with the theoretical deduction, but also in accord with the diffusion coefficient measurement obtained with other methods. Therefore the method could be used to test the hydrogen diffusion coefficient in EIA treatment.
