摘要

通过对硝基氯苯动力学的研究,为根据市场变化适时调节邻位、对位硝基氯苯的生产提供理论依据。氯苯硝化反应为液液相反应,在硝酸-硫酸-废酸体系中,研究了氯苯硝化反应的反应过程,根据反应传质情况推导了氯苯硝化反应的动力学模型,并通过实验测得了氯苯在上述体系中硝化反应的宏观动力学方程。

Abstract

Nitro-chlorobenzene is an important organic synthetic material and an organic intermediate in common use. The demand ratios of o-nitro-chlorobenzene to p-nitro-chlorobenzene change greatly in different periods. The studies on the kinetics can provide a theoretic basis for adjustment in time of the production of o-nitro-chlorobenzene and p-nitro-chlorobenzene according to demand of the market. The nitrification of chlorobenzene is a liquid homogeneous reaction. In the system of nitric acid-sulfuric acid-waste acid, the processes of nitrification of chlorobenzene were studied, the kinetics models were derived based on the mass transfer, and the macroscopic kinetics equations of the nitrification were experimentally determined.
