低浓度自热反应是流向变换技术不同于传统操作的一个重要特点。通过在压力2.0MPa,温度220℃,MK101铜基催化剂的条件下,用4种不同浓度的CO-H2-CO2合成气进行了流向变换合成甲醇的实验,得出了流向变换自热合成甲醇最低CO摩尔分数为0.05%的结论。
Abstract
The reversed flow methanol synthesis was investigated at low autothermal concent ration of CO withCO-CO2-H2 mixtures at 2 MPa , over MK101 copper-based commercial catalyst . Four different low CO molar fraction gases , 0.27 % , 0.10 % , 0.05 % , and 0.03 % , were int roduced into the reactor respectively , and the lowest autothermal CO concent ration was reported.
