新型“一锅法”合成异噁唑及吡唑类化合物
A novel “one-pot” method for the preparation of pyrazoles and isoxazoles
采用新型“一锅法”,即所有参与反应的原料放在“一锅”中,通过调节反应体系的pH值和温度来控制引发下一步反应,合成了异噁唑、吡唑类化合物,得到了与传统“一锅法”相近的产率。并研究了取代基和溶剂对反应的影响,证明新型“一锅法”有广谱的适用性。
A novel “one-pot” method for preparation of isoxazoles and pyrazoles, with same yield as the traditional “one-pot” method, have been developed. In contrast to the traditional “one-pot” method, all the reagents were put together during the first reaction, and the second reaction was triggered by changing the pH or temperature of the reaction solution. Step-by-step addition of reagents is thus not needed. The results with a wide range of substituents demonstrated that the method can tolerate many different functional groups.
