摘要

利用了一套有激光检测系统的实验设备,采用动态法测定了乌洛托品在甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇及正戊醇溶剂中,温度范围为278~334K间的溶解度,并分别应用Apelblat方程、λh方程和Wilson方程对实验数据进行了关联。结果表明乌洛托品在6种实验溶剂中的溶解度都随温度的升高而增大,在甲醇中溶解度最大,拟合值与实验值的相对误差均在3%之内;Apelblat方程的关联效果最好。

Abstract

The solubilities of hexamethylenetetramine in methanol, ethanol, 1-propanol, 2-propanol, 1-butanol, 1-pentanol between 278 and 334K have been measured with a laser monitoring observation apparatus using the dynamic method. The experimental data were correlated with models based on the Apelblat equation, the λhequation and the Wilson equation. It was found that the Apelblat equation gave the best fit with the experimental data. The deviations between experimental and calculated data were less than 3%. It was found that the solubility increases with increasing temperature and the solubility is largest in methanol.
