摘要

考察了7种不同极性的大孔树脂对丹参酮ⅡA的静态吸附解吸效果;探讨了吸附过程中树脂在25℃的等温吸附过程与吸附动力学曲线,并应用Langmuir方程与Freundlich方程对吸附过程进行了拟合。结果表明:非极性的HPD-100树脂对丹参酮ⅡA的吸附解吸效果较好,其吸附率为72.24%,解吸率为69.31%,吸附量达15mg/g干树脂左右。该树脂是吸附解吸丹参酮ⅡA的较理想树脂。

Abstract

Seven macroporous resins with different polarities were evaluated in order to determine the static adsorption of tanshinone IIA. Both Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms were used to describe the interactions between solutes and resins at 25℃. The results showed that a non-polar resin, HPD-100, displayed higher adsorption and desorption performance for tanshinone IIA than other resins, and its adsorption ratio, desorption ratio, and adsorption capacity were 72.24%, 69.31% and 15mg/g dry resin respectively. It was concluded that HPD-100 resin is the ideal macroporous resin for the adsorption of tanshinone IIA. 
