Computer simulation of the intensity distribution of a UV radiation system
The intensity distribution of a UV linear light source with a parabolic cylinder reflector on a work piece surface has been simulated using the OpenGL program based on VC++6.0. A physical model was established and the relevant fundamental assumptions was given. The formula for radiated intensity was deduced at each point of the work piece surface. The results of the simulation clearly show the influence of varying the parameters of the UV radiation system on the intensity distribution.
