基于离差最大化思想提出了一种确定多属性群决策中决策者权重的新方法。先根据群决策者对方案属性的客观评价值计算出属性的权重,然后根据各方案的综合属性值,基于离差最大化法给出决策者的权重,进而给出多方案间的排序。该方法充分发挥了离差最大法的客观赋权性,并且能够激励决策者对已知方案进行客观合理评价。最后将该方法应用于某化工建设项
目环境影响技术评估,实例表明该方法的可行性和有效性。
Abstract
A new method of determining the weights of the decisionmakers is proposed based on the idea of maximizing deviations. First, the weights of attributes can be computed by the decisionmakers' objective value for the attributes of alternatives. Then, the weights of the decisionmakers can be obtained based on the maximizing deviations method by the synthesizing attribute value of each alternative, and the order relation of all the alternatives can be gotten. In this method, the objectiveness of determining weight of maximizing deviations is sufficiently used, and the decisionmakers can be stimulated to properly appraise the alternatives given. Finally, this method is applied to technology assessment of environmental effect of chemical industry items of basic construction, which is illustrated to show the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
