针对大型连续性生产装置,分析了影响备件库存的众多因素,并对各影响因素进行分级,给予不同的权重。为优化备件库存,提出了一个简单实用的数学计算式,用来计算反映备件库存必要性程度的备件库存必要性因子,该因子的应用有助于提高企业的备件库存水平,降低企业综合成本。
Abstract
In this paper, factors affecting stock of spare parts for a large continuous operation plant were analyzed. Each factor was graded and weighted. A simple but practical linear equation was proposed to calculate the stock necessity factors defined to reflect the degrees for which the spare parts have to be stocked. Application of such factors can enhance the spare part management level and decrease the production cost for enterprises.
