摘要

计算催化剂、活聚物和死聚体在给定时刻的浓度,可计算HDPE工业生产过程的物料平衡关系,为此建立了反应机理动力学、活聚物和死聚体的链长分布矩模型,模拟结果表明,所得到的聚合物收率和平均性质MnMwQ均与生产实际相吻合。

Abstract

The material balance for HDPE (high density polyethylene) production process is based on calculations of the concentrations of catalyst, live polymer and dead polymer at a given moment. The reaction mechanism, dynamics and the moment of the chain length distribution for the live and dead polymers were proposed for establishing the material balance and calculating the properties of the polymer. The simulated results are good consistent with the real operation data.
