摘要

谷胱甘肽是生物体内一种具有重要生理功能的活性三肽,文中改进并比较了三种简单快速测定还原型谷胱甘肽的比色法———四氧嘧啶法、亚硝基铁氰化钠法和DTNB法。四氧嘧啶法和DTNB法的精确度要好于亚硝基铁氰化纳法,并且能够避免半胱氨酸等含巯基化合物的干扰,相对标准偏差可以控制在4%以内。

Abstract

Colorimetric assays for reduced glutathione by tetraox pyrimidine method, sodium nitroprusside method and DTNB[5,5′-dithiobis(2-nitrobenzoic acid)] method were introduced and compared. The results showed that Alloxan method and DTNB method were more accurate.
