文中建立了L-瓜氨酸的HPLC检测方法,实验应用2,4二硝基氟苯(DNFB)柱前衍生化法将L瓜氨酸衍生后在HPLC上进行定量分析,探讨和优化了L-瓜氨酸的HPLC分析色谱条件。研究结果表明,L 瓜氨酸样品检测线性范围为2~10μg ,相关因数r=0.9990,精密度为1.7%。该方法灵敏,重复性好,结果准确,分析迅速,能有效的指导L-瓜氨酸的发酵生产。
Abstract
A HPLC method for analyzing L citrulline was established and the HPLC chromatographic conditions such as the ultraviolet wavelength, column temperature, flow rate and proportion of the mobile phase were optimized. The linear relationship is very good ( r=0.9990) within the range of 2~10μg. This analysis method is sensitive and accurate for determining the concentration of L-citrulline and plays an instructive role in the production of L-citrulline.
