文中介绍了一种新型二元多相催化剂Cu2O/ N,N,N′,N′-四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)在硅氢加成合成含有氰基硅烷中的应用。研究发现,当n(Cu2O)∶n(TMEDA)=1∶3,加热回流30min,可以高选择性地合成β-加成产物,收率达90%以上。产物结构通过1H-NMR表征,并讨论了催化剂的配比、回流和搅拌等因素对反应收率的影响。
Abstract
A new type of two-component catalyst, Cu2O/N,N,N′, N-tetramethylethylen-diamin(TMEDA), was reported which was used for synthesis of cyanoalkysilanes by hydrosilation. Results show that β-cyanoalkysilane is obtained when n(Cu2O)∶n(TMEDA)=1∶3, refluxing time is about 30min, with the yield of more than 90%. The structure of β-cyanoalkysilane was charactered by 1H-NMR. Factors influencing the reaction including the molar ratio of catalyst, refluxing time and stiring were also discussed.
