摘要

经过理论分析,认为在分离甲醇2甲醛2水溶液时,甲醛2水的“亲和”作用使得甲醇相对容易挥发,体系表现出以分离甲醇与甲醛2水混合物为主导的汽液相平衡特征。认为NRTL活度系数模型更适宜该体系。利用PRO/II过程模拟软件对低甲醇含量的甲醛水溶液精馏过程进行的模拟优化按限定条件满意收敛。以模拟分析结果为基础,选择了规整填料塔。本研究的工程实施显著改善了过程的主要工艺指标;提高处理能力约30%(同等塔径下),塔高降低近10m;经济效益良好。

Abstract

A point of view is proposed after theoretic analysis. When the methanol-formaldehyde aqueous solution is separated , methanol is comparatively easier to volatilize , and the system appears to be a kind of the vapor-liquid equilibrium feature , namely , the separation of methanol vs. formaldehyde-water mixture has dominant effect . The NRTL thermodynamic model was selected in the PRO/ II optimum simulation calculations of the distillation process. A solution of the problem can be attained according to the convergence specification. Based on
the simulated result s , the engineering implement choosing the structured-packing tower shows that the technical target is improved markedly , the treatment capability is increased by 30% , the column height falls off about 10
m and the finance evaluation is good.
