Although traditional vortex flowmeter has been widely used in industry,there are still some defects in it. Firstly,it can not precisely measures flow rate of fluid uneless the Reyonolds num-ber of fluid is greater than ten thousand thousand ;Secondly,the flowmeter's property of vibrance-resisting is poor, so the measuring outcome usually distorts in strong-vibrating field.The electromagnetic vortex flowmeter whose structure and principle are decribed in detail in this paper can overcome these defects.
