介绍了24LC系列EEPROM的结构、性能和应用技术及其在AT89C51单片机系统中的应用实例。该技术已经在环境监测系统的应用中取得显著效果。
Abstract
In this paper the structure, features and application technology of 24LC series EEPROM are introduced and an example in AT89C51 based system is illustrated. A dramatic effect has been obtained in an environmental monitoring and measurement system by application of this technology.
