对SF-TPU(短纤维-热塑性聚氨酯 )复合材料线热膨胀性能进行了理论与实验研究,考虑了短纤维取向分布的影响,建立了SF-TPU复合材料线热膨胀系数理论预测方程,理论预测与实验结果吻合较好。实验还表明,纤维取向因子fp与SF-TPU复合材料线热膨胀系数有很好的对应关系。
Abstract
Based on theoretical and experimental study, the linear thermal expansion coefficient prediction theory was established on short fiber-thermoplastic composite and the short fiber orientation and distribution was taken into consideration. The results show that the final equation gives a good prediction of the thermal expansion coefficient of SF-TPU composite
