介绍了一种可有效提高羧甲基壳聚糖取代度的制备工艺, 并对试剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等工艺条件以及产品的分离纯化条件进行了优化。同时, 还测定了产品的理化性质。所得产品的取代度高达1.09,得率达到88.24%。
Abstract
An effective way to enhance the degree of substitution (D.S.) of carboxymethyl chitosan (CMC) was described. The molar ratio of glucosamine(the basic unit of chitosan) to chloroacetic acid and sodium hydroxide and the reactive temperature, and time were optimized.The physical and chemical properties of CMC were detected.The D.S. and the yield of CMC were 1.09 and 88.24%, respectively.
