In the paper , a kind of artificial neural network models applied in measuring inst rument for calculating measurand is suggested. The kind of models save memoryspace , reduce counting2time and have advantages to guarantee against nonuniqueness , deviation and divergence , specially have the essential capability of rest raining random disturbance. Furthermore , a kind of ANN based selflearnable inst rument are suggested.
